I discovered a long time ago that I want to see and do everything. Unfortunately, the planet is quite large and apparently I also have to work occasionally.
 

I once set a goal of visiting 40 countries before I turned 40. I reached number 40 in the Netherlands in 2013, with a few years to spare. A sensible person might have stopped counting.
 

I am not that person.
 

These days I’ve travelled to more than 60 countries, cruised a lot, and wandered through cities all over the world.
 

I take far too many photos. I walk almost everywhere. I seek out street art, markets, interesting neighbourhoods, and good food.

This site is not that.
